This policy explains what personal data PV30 collects, why we collect it, how we handle it, and the choices and rights you have. It covers the pv30.com website and the PV30 video agent service it points to.
Who we are
PV30 ("PV30", "we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We provide PV30, a web-based AI video agent that takes a project from a script, a brief or a reference video to a finished film.
You can reach us about anything in this policy at support@pv30.com.
The short version
We collect the account details you give us and the content you create or upload. We use them to run the service, generate your videos, bill you correctly and keep the product secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train our own foundation models.
The website itself is deliberately minimal: it sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. The detail is below.
What we collect
Account data — your email address, display name, and workspace or company details when you or your administrator create an account.
Content you provide — scripts you write or paste, text prompts, images, video and audio you upload as reference material, and the assets and videos the service generates for you.
Usage and technical data — records of which features you use, the generation requests you make and how they turn out, credit transactions, and diagnostic data such as IP address, browser and device type, and error logs.
Payment data — your credit balance, price list entries and transaction history. Card and bank details are handled directly by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full payment instrument number.
Communications — the messages you send to support and our replies.
What the website stores in your browser
pv30.com sets no cookies and loads no third-party fonts, scripts, pixels or analytics services.
The site stores a single item in your browser's local storage under the key pv30-lang, so that it can remember the interface language you chose and stop offering to switch. We do not read that value for any other purpose, and clearing your browser storage removes it.
Our hosting provider necessarily processes standard server logs — including IP address and request time — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use your data
To provide the service — generating your images, video and voice-over, running the assistant, and letting you edit and export the results.
To operate accounts and billing — creating workspaces, allocating credits, showing a quote before any paid step, and keeping a ledger of transactions.
To keep the product secure and reliable — detecting abuse, enforcing quotas, preventing fraud, diagnosing faults and maintaining the integrity of the service.
To support you — answering your questions and resolving issues you report.
To improve the product — understanding in aggregate which capabilities are used and where they fail.
To meet legal obligations — tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases: performance of a contract (running the service you asked for and billing it); legitimate interests (securing the service, preventing abuse and improving the product, balanced against your rights); consent (where we ask for it specifically, such as optional product communications); and legal obligation (tax, accounting and valid legal process).
Where you have given consent you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that has already taken place.
AI providers and other processors
PV30 orchestrates third-party AI models for images, video and voice. To generate a result, the prompt and any reference assets you attached for that step are transmitted to the model provider you selected.
We also use processors for cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, payment processing and error monitoring. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by contract to protect the data.
Which model providers are available depends on how your workspace is configured. Each handles data under its own terms and privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them where a particular model matters to you. We do not direct providers to train their models on your content where their terms offer that control.
International transfers
We and our processors may store or process data in countries other than yours, including outside the EEA and the UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and, where relevant, supplementary measures.
How long we keep data
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a short period afterwards, so that you can recover it or we can meet our obligations.
Content you delete, including media assets, is removed from active systems promptly and from backups within a limited window. The asset library includes a trash you can restore from for a period before deletion becomes permanent.
Billing and tax records are kept for the period the law requires, even after an account closes.
Aggregated or de-identified data, which no longer identifies you, may be kept longer.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissions for staff and service accounts, and monitoring for abuse. Credentials for third-party providers are held server-side and are never exposed to the browser.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot promise that unauthorised access will never occur, and where a breach affects you and the law requires it, we will notify you and the relevant authority.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a portable copy, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Under the CCPA/CPRA you also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise a right, write to support@pv30.com. We may need to verify your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
PV30 is a professional tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact support@pv30.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will give notice in the product or by email before it takes effect.
