Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and PV30 ("PV30", "we", "us") covering your use of pv30.com and the PV30 service.

If you use PV30 on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

The service

PV30 is a web-based AI video agent. A conversational assistant takes a project from an idea, a script or a reference video through scriptwriting, element and shot design, image, video and voice generation, and timeline rendering, to a final cut you can download.

The service is a software tool. Output depends on the models and settings configured for your workspace and on the quality of the input you provide.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You must give accurate account information, keep your credentials secret, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Where PV30 is provided through a company workspace, that workspace's administrator controls membership, credit allocation and configuration.

Acceptable use

You must not use PV30 to create, upload or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful. This includes: content that violates anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; realistic depictions of a real person made without their consent, including face swaps and misleading impersonation; any sexualised depiction of a minor; harassment, hate speech or incitement to violence; and presenting AI-generated material as authentic in a way that could cause harm.

You must not attempt to circumvent quotas, credit charges or security controls, reverse engineer the service, resell access without our written agreement, probe or overload our systems, or use the service to build a competing dataset or model.

You are responsible for what you generate and publish, and you must comply with the law that applies where you and your audience are.

Your content and the licence you give us

You keep ownership of the content you submit and of the material you generate, to the extent the law allows.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit and display your content solely in order to operate and support the service — including sending the relevant prompts and assets to the AI providers used to generate a result.

You confirm that you hold the rights needed to submit your content, and that our processing of it as described here does not infringe anyone else's rights.

We do not use your content to train our own foundation models.

AI-generated output

AI models are probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, stylistically inconsistent, or similar to output produced for someone else, and the same inputs may not reproduce the same result.

We do not guarantee that any output is unique, error-free, or capable of being protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. The legal status of AI-generated material varies by jurisdiction and is still developing.

You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on or publish it, and for what you do with it. Do not rely on PV30 for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Reference-video features

PV30 can extract a script from a reference video and, with the relevant models, replicate a clip's motion, camera movement or visual effects for a shot, anchored to your own character images. It is not a face swap and not a one-to-one copy.

You must hold the rights needed to use any reference material you supply, and you must not use these features to impersonate a person or to reproduce protected work without permission.

Third-party models and services

PV30 orchestrates third-party AI models and services for images, video, voice and infrastructure. Which models are available depends on how your workspace is configured and may change over time.

Your use of those models may also be subject to their providers' terms. Where a provider's terms conflict with these Terms as to that provider's service, the provider's terms govern that part.

Credits, quotes and payment

Generating media consumes credits. A paid step shows a server-side quote that you confirm before the step runs. If you enable Auto mode, the assistant may approve permitted quotes within the session budget you set, and will ask you when a quote would exceed that budget or when an action is destructive.

Prices are set per model and resolution and may change. Where a quote is required, we will not charge you without one you have confirmed.

Unless the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing, credits already consumed are non-refundable. Charges may be subject to tax depending on where you are.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep PV30 available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, model provider outages and events beyond our control may interrupt the service.

We may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will give reasonable notice.

Beta and preview features

Features marked beta, preview or experimental are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and should not be relied on for production work.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that output will meet your requirements, or that the service will be free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of another person's rights.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or for others. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem.

After termination your content is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, and provisions that by their nature should survive — including the licences you granted, the disclaimers, the liability limits and the indemnities — continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of , without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or from the service.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@pv30.com so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be notified in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
